The Estate
Birds above, jazz within.
Birdland belongs to the Seewinkel, home and resting place for hundreds of bird species. They nest in the reeds and glide on the gentle Pannonian wind, with the Schneeberg on the horizon. Birdland is also inspired by jazz – by rhythm, freedom and the art of creating something unique within a clear form. Wine has its own rhythm, too. Nature sets the tone. We listen, shape and refine.
Birdland currently farms more than 25 hectares of vineyards. Most of the production consists of red wines made from internationally renowned grape varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Syrah, complemented by white wines made from Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc for precise blends.
