We use Mailchimp to send and manage our newsletter. Mailchimp is a service provided by The Rocket Science Group LLC, an Intuit company based in the United States.

The data you provide when subscribing to the newsletter is processed on Mailchimp servers. Mailchimp processes this data on our behalf for the purpose of sending and managing the newsletter.

Where required, a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with Mailchimp. Since personal data may also be processed in the United States, such data transfers are based on appropriate safeguards, in particular the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.
