Newsletter
You have the option to subscribe to our newsletter. If you subscribe, we process the data you provide, in particular your email address, in order to send you information about our winery, our wines, events and news.

For the purpose of documenting the subscription, the date and time of registration, the IP address and the time of confirmation may also be stored. This processing serves to demonstrate that consent was given.
Newsletter Delivery with Mailchimp
We use Mailchimp to send and manage our newsletter. Mailchimp is a service provided by The Rocket Science Group LLC, an Intuit company based in the United States.
The data you provide when subscribing is processed on Mailchimp servers. Mailchimp processes this data on our behalf for the purpose of sending and managing the newsletter. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with Mailchimp. Since personal data may also be processed in the United States, such transfers are based on appropriate safeguards, in particular the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.
