Wings brings together clarity, freshness and depth in a carefully composed blend. Sauvignon Blanc sets the tone with structure and energy, complemented by added texture, balance and layers of complexity.

The Seewinkel gives the wine its distinctive edge, adding freshness and a subtle mineral character. Small-batch fermentation and extended ageing on the lees give the blend further precision and length.

The result is a white wine with both focus and versatility. It is refined enough for an elegant dinner, yet direct and vibrant enough to remain effortless.
